1. Who can use Filthy

You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter this agreement. Filthy is built for consenting adults exploring dating as a couple.

By creating an account you confirm that both partners meet these requirements.

2. Your account

Each partner keeps their own private login. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

You agree to provide accurate information, including a truthful date of birth.

3. Acceptable use

No harassment, abuse, or objectionable content. No impersonation, no sharing of another person’s private material, and no use of Filthy for anything unlawful.

Report and block tools are provided so you can flag behaviour that breaks these terms. Violations may end your access.

4. Content you share

You keep ownership of what you post, but grant Filthy the limited licence needed to operate the service — for example, showing your profile to matched couples.

You are responsible for having the right to share anything you upload.

5. Ending your access

You can stop using Filthy at any time. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or put other people at risk.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. When the terms change materially, we will ask you to review and accept the new version before continuing.
